What hours are you open?
We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week to provide the best customer service available.
What do I need to rent?
All renters must be at least 21 years old. You will need a credit card, which is used as your deposit. You will need to show us a valid driver's license with photograph and proof of full coverage insurance when you come to pick up your car.
Do you only rent in the Orlando area?
The cars we rent are available for pick up and drop off at our Orlando , Florida locations. However, in the event where you need the car delivered we can arrange it with a delivery and pick up fee. Just call us with your plans.
Do you charge by the day or what?
We have daily rates and special discounts on 3 or more day rentals.
Is there a late fee?
Yes, there is a late fee. If you exceed your rental period, a late fee of $100 per hour will apply.
Do I need a reservation?
To guarantee that you will have the car of your Dreams, We Highly recommend making a reservation as soon as you know when you will need the car. We will need a credit card authorization for the total rental charges to hold the car for you. For cancellation see Rental Policies.

Is there a processing fee?
No
I want to cancel my reservation, is there a penalty?
If you inform us of the cancellation 7-14 days prior to the scheduled date of the rental, there will be a $200 penalty, less than 7 days prior to rental, there will be 50% of total rental charge. However, if you inform us less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of total rental charge.
Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes, renter must present his valid credit card with name matching drivers license. A credit card authorization approval will be requested prior to rental to be used as a deposit. This is only an authorization, not a charge. Most authorizations vary from $1,000 to $10,000, depending on the vehicle. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Final payments will be charged to the authorized credit card. If customer chooses, final payments can be paid by cash.
Can I put down all cash for my damage deposit?
No. We do not accept cash as a deposit.
Do you accept debit cards?
Yes. If you use a debit card for the damage deposit, please bring the phone number of your bank so that we may release your funds when your rental is complete.
What fees does the State of Florida impose?
A sales tax of 6.5% and a $2.00/day State surcharge will be applied to all rentals.
Can I have an additional driver?
Yes you can. There is an extra fee for this and the amount depends on the vehicle. The additional driver must meet the same requirements.
What is the mileage charge?
The customer is entitled to 100 miles per day. On most vehicles, additional mileage is $0.99 mile, some Exotic cars are up to $1.99 a mile.
Is there a Refueling charge?
Yes. However, when you do gas up, all vehicles must be refueled with premium grade (93+octane) gasoline. We ask that all gas receipts are kept. There is a $500 fee for filling up with a lesser grade.
How and where do I park the car?
Vehicle must be locked, convertible top up (if applicable) and alarm set when vehicle is unattended. The vehicle must be stored in a secured garage at night. Do not allow anyone who is not an Authorized driver to drive the vehicle at any time, including a valet or parking attendant. When you park in a public garage, please park the car yourself and take the keys with you.
AM I responsible for any tickets?
Yes, the renter is responsible for paying all fees, penalties and costs resulting from the payment be turned over to us when the vehicle is returned. Renters must pay for towing charges, or impound fees.
Can I tow my boat or trailer?
No, we do not allow anything to be towed with any of our vehicles.
Are the cars allowed out of state?
No, all vehicles are required to stay within the state of Florida . Some exceptions apply with written approval.
Is off-roading or drag racing permitted?
No, no matter which vehicle is rented, all renters are not allowed to use the vehicle for off-roading, racetrack, or illegal purposes.
Do I need to come to you to get the car?
We do have a free shuttle service from your hotel and airports. When you are done with your rentals we will then take you back to your hotel or airport. The day of your rental, give us a call and we can be right there. If you have a car we have plenty of free parking.
I do not know how to work this car!
When we check you out, we give you a full walk around and show you how to work the vehicle from putting down the top to turning on the radio.
Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A penalty fee will be charged if policy is violated.
What coverage is offered on the rentals?
Daily rental rates for the vehicles assume the renter will be responsible for the full value of the vehicle and does not include any insurance coverage.
What happens if I'm involved in a traffic accident?
If needed, seek medical attention, and contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation. A police report must be filed.
What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?
It is unlikely since all our vehicles are late models. However, each vehicle is protected by a 24 hour road-service plan which covers: Flat tire, lock out, towing, and fuel delivery. You simply call the phone number provided with the vehicle and help is on the way.
Do you offer service to my location?
We do provide service to all Florida locations however a delivery fee will be charged depending on the location. Call for details.
